The 10U division has been cancelled due to some late withdrawals and we have started contacting the teams on the waiting list to complete the 12U, 14U and 16U divisions. To place your name on the waiting list, please contact Steve Castleman @ scastleman@specenviro.com.

The preliminary schedule will be emailed to the coaches that have completed and submitted the Coach Registration Form (See link above) or have submitted their entry fee.

This is a 3-day event with games being scheduled for Friday night, June 11. If you have travel restrictions that disallow either Friday evening play or early Saturday morning play, please email these to kwalz@bellsouth.net as soon as possible. Please know that we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs but, with the number of teams and geographic areas represented, it may not be possible to accommodate all requests.

Pitching Distance

We will follow USFA guidelines on pitching distances: 10U will pitch from 35', 12U and 14U will pitch from 40', and 16U will pitch from 43'. 16U can use metal spikes.

Drawing Winner

Tuscaloosa Sports Foundation and Russell Athletic join Alabama Twisters FastPitch and Mississippi Motion '97 in inviting you to play in the Southeastern Border Wars NIT Invitational Tournament beginning on June 11 at Sokol Park in Tuscaloosa, AL.

This USFA-sanctioned event offers double points (2x) towards World Series qualification. In addition, the championship team in each age group will be awarded their respective USFA State Tournament entry fee. Team and individual prizes for the first and second place finishers will also be awarded.

4 Game Gaurantee (3 Pool Single Elimination)
12U thru 16U Age Brackets
Devotional Service Sunday Morning (weather permitting)
Entry Fee $275 (Organizational Discount for three teams participating from same organization)
Double Points earned toward USFA World Series seeding
Respective State Tournament Entry Fee paid to winner of each age bracket
Trophies and Individual Player Awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers
Balls provided
RV Parking Available
